This section includes members actively involved in EffiBUILDING as well as public and private organisations active in the energy efficiency of buildings:
AMIRES is a consulting company for research, development and innovation projects. The main strength is the creation of new international sustainable partnerships within innovation focused value chains. Our developed projects remain the main enablers for our industrial clients and their growth and provide the important opportunities for R&D community.
Horizon 2020 cooperation visualization tool: a cooperation visualization and search tool for projects funded by Horizon 2020 – a European Union’s research and innovation framework programme. It uses data visualization for gaining a competitive edge in development of innovation collaborative projects and provides a fundamental overview of any type of technology of application field, including key performers and their relations. AMIPLEXUS enables better innovation-focused decisions for everybody who needs to get complex picture of already funded EU projects, their pipeline technologies and key movers.
The European Construction, built environment and energy efficient building Technology Platform (ECTP) is a leading membership organisation promoting and influencing the future of the Built Environment. First founded in 2004 ECTP brings together the collective vision for a leading edge European Built Environment on behalf of our Members. ECTP gathers 170 Member organisations from across the construction sector and other sectors from the whole supply chain of the Built Environment. ECTP is today one of the 38 European Technology Platforms (ETPs) which are industry-led stakeholder fora recognised by the European Commission as key actors in driving innovation, knowledge transfer and European competitiveness.
EffiBUILDING includes the most promising technologies and prototypes selected from ECTP in the energy efficient of building European projects.
IEN Europe has been the reliable source which industrial decision makers choose when searching for new products and solutions in the industrial field.
The ExcEED project (which stands for European Energy Efficient building district Database: from data to information to knowledge) aims to create a European database for measured and qualitative data on beyond the state-of-the-art buildings and districts. Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be developed to quantify and benchmark the energy efficiency and the environmental quality at building and district level.
ESSC is the European Cluster on Sensor Systems supported and launched by EC at Brussels, 27 November 2014. The main objective of the ESSC is to join efforts in order to avoid defragmentation and to promote synergies with industrial leadership and European cooperation in the field of the research and innovation of sensor-systems applications.
BUILD UP is the European portal for energy efficiency in buildings.

The 2010 Energy Performance of Buildings Directive and the 2012 Energy Efficiency Directive are the EU's main legislation when it comes to reducing the energy consumption of buildings. You can find all the information related to the EU policy in the Energy efficiency related to the buildings in this website.
The Global Buildings Performance Network (GBPN) is a globally organised and regionally focused organisation whose mission is to provide policy expertise and technical assistance to advance building energy performance and realize sustainable built environments for all.
