GLASSX solutions for façade to maximize natural lighting

GLASSX Inc. develops and markets façade products. The core of all GLASSX products is a thin layer of translucent Phase-Change-Material (PCM). At room temperature, 16mm (5/8 inch) of this material can absorb as much heat as a 250mm (10 inch) concrete wall.

This unique characteristic makes it possible to replace solid walls with glass elements. It prevents the building from overheating in summer while maximizing natural lighting.

GLASSX offers two product lines based on the PCM technology: GLASSX®store, a modular interior element for curtain-wall constructions, and GLASSX®crystal, an all-in-one façade element with integrated sun protection and insulation for usage in light construction buildings.
